In 2017 Carnival unveiled Ocean, a completely new way to experience cruising aimed at forever changing the guest experience through intuitive and engaging digital experiences. In 2012, Walt Disney World unveiled MyMagic+ and the Disney Magic Band, a revolutionary way to interact with the park and resort experience as well as provide new operational tools for cast members.
The experience covers every aspect of the park experience from payments, hotel room access, ticketing, FastPass and tracking of guests location, into a digital architecture consisting primarily of radio systems, RFID-enabled wristbands known as MagicBands, and features accesible via online services and mobile applications.
The experience is highly visible and designed for all ages, requiring quick, global and easy to use services that render the technology invisible in favor of the experience. Utilizing the guest and cast mobile device, as well as a wearable band, MyMagic+ is the biggest digital transformation in the history of the park with plans to expand the technology and experiences worldwide.
In 2014, Project ERiC was formed to evelute a system that optimized crisis management and higher level of work efficiency in emergency control centers. The project was designed to streamline and enhance the communication between operators in the emergency control center and rescue squads in the field utilizing modern technology with an emphasis on an enhanced user experience.
Project ERiC created a multi-user, fully interactive and controllable situation map based on large interactive displays, and was able to quickly evaluate next generation user interfaces with parallel work and efficient interaction techniques on the map. It contained seamless integration of traditional analog media (e.g. Pen and Paper), which allows for traditional method of emergency response to fluidly work with new technology.
The sysytem was provided to the Austrian security and emergency response center, and was used to maintain high security levels and assist in crime reduction. It was developed and designed to provide the blueprint for future design of modern interactive emergency control centers.

You can choose your tools by pressing the tip to the screen, or using one of our ingenious paper palletes. The high resolution tracking captures every detail. Since it is fully vector based, even the smallest detail is saved.
